  4                  An Act relating to the Rural Economic Action Plan
 
  5                  Fund; making an appropriation; stating purpose;
 
  6                  providing an effective date; and declaring an
 
  7                  emergency.
 
  8     BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
 
  9           SECTION 1.  There is hereby appropriated to the Rural Economic
 
 10     Action Plan Fund of the State Treasury from any monies not otherwise
 
 11     appropriated from the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for
 
 12     the fiscal year ending June 30, 2008, the sum of Twenty-five Million
 
 13     Dollars ($25,000,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary to
 
 14     implement the provisions of Sections 2006 through 2013 of Title 62
 
 15     of the Oklahoma Statutes.
 
 16           SECTION 2.  This act shall become effective July 1, 2007.
 
 17           SECTION 3.  It being immediately necessary for the
 
 18     preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is
 
 19     hereby declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take
 
 20     effect and be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
